Abstract:
To provide an electric vehicle which can prevent a step-overriding operation when a user does not expect overriding the step even if the step is detected, and when the vehicle comes into contact with an obstacle.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle includes: a driving part for driving a wheel; an operation detecting part for detecting a step-overriding preliminary operation by a user; a step detecting part for detecting an approach or contact of the wheel to the step; and a control part for controlling the driving part such that the wheel performs a step-overriding operation when the step-overriding preliminary operation by the user is detected by the operation detecting part and when the approach or contact to the step is detected by the step detecting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
