Abstract:
To effectively utilize regenerative energy to a full extent.
A voltage reference output circuit 12 outputs a voltage reference signal V-EDLCref based on a speed detection signal Vel from a speed sensor 8. A voltage instruction output circuit 14 outputs the V-EDLCref, and a voltage instruction signal VchRef based on the deviation from the voltage detection signal Vdc of a smoothing capacitor 5. A PWM output circuit 15 controls the switching elements S1, S2 of a DC-DC converter 9 based on the VchRef, and controls the charging/discharging operation of an electric double layer capacitor 10.
