PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give complicated movement to laundry and to improve a mixing effect in an electric washing machine not provided with a pulsator by providing a washing water circulation means for making water taken out from the lower part of a water tank flow back to the upper surface of a washing tank and forming a projection body provided with a fixed angle on the inner wall surface of the washing tank.
SOLUTION: When the laundry 23 is fed to the washing tank 13 and washing is started, a water supply valve 10 is opened and city water is supplied from a jetting nozzle 9 to the washing tank 13. Then, when a water level inside the washing tank 13 reaches a prescribed value, the water supply valve 10 is closed and then, the washing tank 13 repeats positive rotation and sudden stoppage, etc., by the driving force of a driving motor 19. By the movement, the washing water inside the washing tank 13 is discharged from a dehydration hole to the water tank 4, passed through a back flow pipe 6, jetted from the jetting nozzle 9 and returned to the washing tank 13 by a circulation pump 7. Then, during a washing operation, the laundry 23 is pushed up by receiving the influence of the projection body 22 fixed to the inner wall surface of the washing tank 13 and thus, a washing effect is improved.
