Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire and a cable with improved deflection properties and low temperature flexural properties.SOLUTION: An electric wire includes: a conductor whose cross-sectional area is 135 mmor more and 165 mmor less; an insulator configured to cover the circumference of the conductor; and an electric wire sheath configured to cover the circumference of the insulator. A deflection amount is 250 mm or more, at 23°C with one end side fixed to an anchor block and the other end horizontally protruding 400 mm from the anchor block and with a 2 kg weight put at the other end. Cracks or fractures do not appear when wound at -40°C in a bending diameter three times a diameter thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
