Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve various issues resulting in failed assembly and attain usability as a single article for high productivity by outside setup, by forming an electric wire guide nozzle out of one member.
SOLUTION: The nozzle 2 of an electric wire guide nozzle 1 is passed through one long sized body 5 in the lengthwise direction to be formed, and an electric wire pressing pin 4 crosses the nozzle 2 and is assembled on the long sized body 5 so as to be slidable in the short-axis direction. A plurality of electric wire clamping interval parts 6, 7, 8 which permit invasion of a roller clamping an electric wire 3 inserted in the nozzle 2 are formed at appropriate intervals in the lengthwise direction of the long sized body 5.
