Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade capable of surely locking an electric wire in the production of a wire harness.
SOLUTION: A blade has a pair of pressing parts 4, 4 for pressing an electric wire A at both ends on one side of a plane plate-shaped blade body 2, is constituted by arranging a thin plate-shaped insertion part 5 in parallel to the blade body 2 between the pressing parts, and when the electric wire A is placed between a pair of cramping pieces 21a, 12b of a clip-shaped electric wire cramp 20 arranged so as to face the cramp part, a projection strip tip formed in the standing direction of the cramping surface facing the cramping pieces comes in contact with the insertion part. The insertion part 5 is formed so that plural projections 6 for accepting projection strips on one side are formed so as to correspond to the shapes and positions of the projection strips, and the tip inner wall surface of the projection and the projection strip on one side, and the tip outer wall surface and other cramping surface are brought into contact so as to engage each other. The thickness of the insertion part 5 is made smaller than the diameter of the electric wire A.
