Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire marking device capable of continuously performing printing of characters and symbols, etc. on a surface of an electric wire without affecting productivity and print quality while suitably stabilizing concentration and temperature of ink in printing by a simple method.SOLUTION: An electric wire marking device includes: an ink storage container; a scraping roll for scraping ink from the ink storage container, and supplying the scraped ink to a print roll; and the print roll for transcribing the ink supplied from the scraping roll to a surface of an electric wire to continuously perform printing, and includes: an ink stirring container capable of circulating the ink between it and the ink storage container; a stirring device for stirring the ink in the ink stirring container; a current measuring device for measuring a drive current value of the stirring device; a solvent feed device for feeding solvent of the ink into the ink storage container or the ink stirring container or circulation parts of them; and a solvent feed controller capable of causing the solvent feed device to supply the solvent when the measured drive current value becomes equal to or more than a specific value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
