The displacing means 26 relatively displace the electric wire receivers 11 so that the lower electric wire receiver 11 is released from the upper electric wire receiver 11 out of the respective electric wire receivers 11. With the electric wire receivers 11 thus constituted to be displaceable, the electric wire receiver 11 in need of supply can be selectively released, or takeoff ports 12 of the electric wire receivers 11 can be collected into a desired position.
