This electric wire take-up drum is so constituted that paired brim parts 4 are provided for both the ends of a roughly cylindrical barrel part, the bar shaft of the take-up drum is inserted into a center hole provided for the brim part 4 so as to be rotated, so that the electric wire is taken up over to the drum body and/or taken out therefrom. A bar shaft support part 5 having the center hole 6 in which the bar shaft is inserted, is integrally formed up at the center of the brim part 4. Elastically deformable crests 9 and troughes 8 are formed into an idle prevention recessed and projection surface 7 provided for the circumferential direction A. The bar-shaft is inserted into the center hole 6 of the bar shaft support part 5 so as to be brought into contact with pressure with a part of the recessed and projection surface 7.
