PURPOSE: To removably hold the terminals of electric wires in a lump in wiring work on an assembly line by providing an electric wire carrying member removable from an electric wire mounting member connected to a base on a wiring board and having a contact face of electric wires.

CONSTITUTION: For manufacturing a wire harness, an electric wire is measured, a required terminal is provided at the end of the electric wire, and a vinyl tube is set to the hold rod 43 of a holder as an electric wire carrying member 50 in the pre-process. Plural electric wires are wired on a wiring board in a shape designed in advance in the wiring process. Terminals E of branch electric wires W1 within the electric wires to be wired and electric wires W2 to be connected to them are wound and stuck to a butt member 50 with an adhesive tape TP against a contact face 42c of a positioning board 42 on an electric wire mounting member 40 in the terminal holding process. The required portion of an electric wire bundle is taped in the binding process, and it is removed from the holder and the terminal treatment of the electric wires is conducted in the lump in the terminal treatment process.
