To provide a technique of suppressing the corrosion of a part in which a crimp terminal comes into contact with a core wire of an electric wire, without using an anticorrosive agent.
An electric wire 5 with a terminal comprises an insulated wire 10, and a crimp terminal 20 having a tip connection part 21, a first connecting part 22, a core wire crimping part 23 and a coated crimping part 25 formed in this order from the tip toward a rear end. A plating layer 100 is formed on the whole of an inner side face 281 of a side at which the insulated wire 10 is located and an outer side face 282 which is an opposite side to the inner side face, in a region from the first connecting part 22 to the coated crimping part 25 in the crimp terminal 20. Furthermore, the plating layer 100 is also formed on the whole of the end face 283 in a region from at least the first connecting part 22 to a part of the coated crimping part 25.
