Abstract:
To provide an electric wire with a terminal, capable of improving a difficulty in coating, preventing a flow outside a coating area, as well as further preventing corrosion of a conductor metal, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electric wire with a terminal includes: separating an insulator 12 from an insulation wire 10; exposing an aluminum alloy part 11a with a passive state film formed on an aluminum conductor 11; applying, on this part, a coating metal 20 baser than the aluminum alloy 11a in a use environment; and crimping on the coating metal 20 by a first crimping part 32a of a terminal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
