At this time, even if the operation is stopped through a thermostat 6, an infra-red ray sensor 8 may detect an infra- red ray generated from a body of a human 11 in simultaneous with an entering of the person 11 into the toilet room. A heater unit 2 and a fan motor 3 are operated prior to an operation of a thermostat so as to discharge hot air continuously.
