A sensor part 21 acquires time series data on total value of current consumption composed of combination of usage states of a plurality of electrical apparatuses installed in each space in a house. A parameter estimation part 22 calculates a model parameter when operation states of the plurality of electrical apparatuses are modeled by using a probability model on the basis of the acquired time series data. This invention is applicable, for example, for an electrical apparatus estimation device for estimating the electrical apparatus connected to a distribution board, on the basis of information on current measured at the distribution board.
