To prevent an electrical component from being submerged in water, even if the water intrudes from an opening, in an electrical circuit device with the opening formed at the upper part of a housing.
In the electrical circuit device constituted, such that a relay 3 mounted on a conductive board 1 is covered with a cover 4, and the opening 51 is formed at the upper part of the housing 5: a waterproof wall 121 that is protruded from the vertical wall face 113 of the conductive board 1 and covers the upper part of the cover 4 is arranged; an inclined face 412 is formed on the cover 4; and a space 8 of such an area as not to cause capillary phenomenon is formed in between the waterproof wall 121 and the inclining face 412, thus preventing the water from intruding to a relay-housing space side due to the capillary phenomenon. Also, water is surely drained to a lower opening 63, through a drainage ditch 42 formed in a space between the cover 4 and a terminal 7, and the electrical device and the electrical circuit are prevented from submerging in the water.
