Abstract:
To provide an electrical connection device that is able to prevent contact failure between an electrode terminal of an object being inspected and a circuit pattern.SOLUTION: An electrical connection device includes a rigid insulating support substrate and a rigid conductive circuit pattern. The support substrate has a first main surface and a second main surface facing each other, and a first side surface and a second side surface extending from the first main surface to the second main surface and facing each other. The circuit pattern is disposed on the first main surface. The circuit pattern extends from a first side of the support substrate, on which the first main surface and the first side surface are connected, toward a second side of the support substrate, on which the first main surface and the second side surface are connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
