To provide the technology to improve the ease of assembling a bus bar housing covering a bus bar to which an inverter and a drive train are electrically connected.
An electrical connection structure 100 connects a first terminal group 3 on the inverter side and a second terminal group 5 on the motor built-in drive train side with a bus bar 15, and is constructed to be shielded with a bus bar housing 12. The bus bar housing 12 includes a first opening 12a and a second opening 12b which are both open in the same direction. The first opening 12a is fitted in place, with a planar sealant 7 sandwiched between an end face 12d thereof and a plane enclosing the first terminal group 3. The second opening 12b is cylindrical, and is fitted in place, with a cylindrical sealant 8 sandwiched between a cylindrical peripheral surface 12e thereof and a peripheral surface of a circumferential section provided so as to enclose the second terminal group 5. The first opening 12a side has a margin for movement in the YZ plane, and the second opening 12b side has a margin for movement in the X direction.
