Abstract:

To prevent the starts of electrical loads from being overlapped with each other.

This electrical load controller comprises a VSC device in which a predetermined rush current generated when the device is started for a TA period, an AHC device started after a T1 period is passed after a notice signal for notifying of the start beforehand to the VSC device, and a start request means for requesting the start of at least the VSC device of the VSC device and the AHC device. A communication time between the AHC device and the VSC device is T2. T1 is longer than T2, and TA is shorter than the value obtained by deducting T2 from T1. The VSC device is promptly started when the start notice signal is not received by the VSC device when the request of the start is made from the start request means to the VSC device.
