Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide material which is easily and inexpensively produced, is three-dimensionally and easily variable to improve flexibility, and is protected from fire risk, by arranging heating lead lines in the shape of wave and by combining points on axes of the wave with stitch nodes of a knitted cloth as the material. CONSTITUTION: Contact lead lines 2 are constituted with longitudinal strips (bands) in a knitted cloth 1, and are inserted into the knitted cloth 1 vertically in relation to contact strips, by inserting heating lead lines 3 into latitudinal threads such that the lines 3 are double-level shaped or vertical to latitudinal threads. Therefore, lead lines 3 become into wave-shaped or curved condition required to soften entire surface heating part, are tightly fixed to a base material 1 at many points, and contact with many points of contact strips. When the base material 1 has net-like structure, the lead lines 3 are knitted into the knitted cloth 1 at crossing points of the knitting yarns. Thus, the material is easily and inexpensively produced, is three-dimensionally and easily variable, has resistant against continuous stress, and is protected from fire risk.
