Abstract:
To provide an electrically conductive compounded rubber having the objective resistivity, colored to a desired color and having a Hunter brightness of ≥20 by combining an inorganic semiconductor material with an anionic surfactant or a fatty acid ester-based nonionic surfactant.
The objective rubber is composed of a stock rubber, 50-300 PHR by weight (based on 100 PHR of the resin) of an inorganic semiconductor material and 5-30 PHR of a surfactant. The inorganic semiconductor material is zinc oxide doped with aluminum, titanium oxide coated with tin oxide doped with antimony, electrically conductive potassium titanate or their combination.
