PURPOSE: To obtain a conductive paint having improved electrical conductivity without deteriorating the adhesivity.
CONSTITUTION: This electrically conductive copper paint is produced by compounding 100 pts.wt. of metallic copper powder surface-coated with 0.05-0.5 pts.wt. of a titanate with 5-33 pts.wt. of a resol phenolic resin, 0.5-8 pts.wt. of a chelate-layer forming agent and 0.1-2 pts.wt. of a coupling agent. The resol phenolic resin satisfies the relationships of L/n=0.8 to 1.2, m/n=0.8 to 1.2, b/a=0.8 to 1.2 and c/a=1.2 to 1.5 wherein L, m, (n), (a), (b) and (c) are infrared transmittances of 2-monosubstituted compound, 2,4-disubstituted compound, 2,4,6-trisubstituted compound, methylol group, dimethylene ether and phenyl group, respectively.
