Title:
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE PASTE USING PHENYL-CONTAINING PHOTOREACTIVE POLYMER, METHOD FOR FORMING ELECTRODE AND ELECTRODE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003280195
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an electrically conductive paste capable of forming a good film by photolithography, capable of particularly forming a fine pattern of an electrode in an electronic circuit or an image display unit and containing electrically conductive fine particles uniformly dispersed in a binder resin and to provide a method for forming an electrode using the electrically conductive paste and an electrode obtained by the method.

The electrically conductive paste comprises (1) electrically conductive fine particles, (2) a phenyl-containing photoreactive polymer, (3) an alkali-soluble resin, (4) a photosetting monomer, (5) a photopolymerization initiator, (6) glass frit and (7) a solvent and has photosensitivity.
