Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically correct fluctuations caused due to temperature effect or aging. CONSTITUTION: An electrically controllable oscillation circuit 30 is provided with two balanced mutual conductance circuits, and each circuit is provided with four and two transistor(TR) pairs acting as inverters and resistors. In order to control an oscillated frequency and a Q-factor of the oscillation circuit with a sole control signal, the oscillation circuit is provided with a coupled control circuit Inv7, Dif, IM1, IM2. A Q-factor adjustment control signal is introduced from other resistance connection type TR pair Inv7, receiving a frequency adjustment control signal with a different pair Dif and the current mirror circuits IM1, IM2. A buffer circuit B and a low-pass filter circuit C3 are provided for adjusting the Q factor of the filter circuit controllable electrically provided with a plurality of mutual conductance circuits the same type as that of the balanced mutual conductance circuits by a control signal which is generated from the coupled control circuit.
