To provide a device of a small size whose assembling property is good, of which the stator of a motor is surely fixed, being excellent in water resistance and performance.
An electrically driven hydraulic power steering device 1 comprises a motor part 2, a controller part 3, and a pump part 4 as one body. A first housing 5 has a support part 15 which supports a first bearing 14 of a rotor 13 of a motor 8. It also has a housing part 17 where an iron core 12 of a stator 11 of the motor 8 is press-fitted in the inner peripheral surface and a second bearing 16 of the rotor 13 is housed. A first clamping screw 26 fixes a frame 10 of iron material which works as an outer shell of the motor 8 to the first housing 5. A second clamping screw 28 fixes the first housing 5 to a second housing 6. It is constituted so that both the first clamping screw 26 and the second clamping crew 28 are tightened from the frame 10 side.
