Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and properly connect a coupling to a connector pin, regardless of an increase in heating wire diameter.
CONSTITUTION: A connector pin 5 is provided with two flange type collars 53 and 54 opposite to each other vertically, and a heating wire at another position has one end fitted with a so-called crimp terminal 6 having an approximately U-shaped open section 62. Then, the open section 62 of the terminal 6 is inserted in space between the collars 53 and 54, and caulked in a direction for pressing the collars 53 and 54, thereby providing a structure for connecting the wire 3 to the connector pin 5.
