A bundled electrically insulated wire is fed out from a reeling-up bobbin 12. The reeling-up bobbin 12 is mounted on a bobbin rotating table 13. The electrical insulated wires which are fed out, pass through wire penetrating holes of a wire regulation plate rotating part 15 (B), are led to a die 18 and wound around a target deflecting coil 22. The electrically insulated wires are bundled and made into a bundled wire. The bundled wire is wound around the target deflecting coil 22, while being twisted. Thereby disconnection is eliminated, and deformation of the deflecting coil 22 can be reduced in a winding process of the deflecting coil 22.
