Title:
ELECTRICITY-FLUID PRESSURE CONVERSION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59140905
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the size and simplify the mechanism of a servo valve by using a member with piezoelectric performance for a driving source for gap change of a flapper member forming a gap toward a hole part of the nozzle tip, in a nozzle backpressure control system included in a hydraulic servo valve. CONSTITUTION:A servo valve, which changes over a flow passage leading to an oil pressure cylinder 31, by slidably displacing a four-directional guide spool 2, slidably contained in a casing 1, leftward and rightward according to a change of fluid pressure supplied to each of left and right chamber 21, 23 which are formed on both ends of said spool 2, is equipped with a push-pull rod 8 made of material with piezoelectric performance. One end of this rod 8 is fixed to the casing 1 through an insulation ring 9, while the other end is brought in pressure contact with an insulation spool 11 energized leftward by means of a spring 10. Then, a flapper 12 made of a thin plate spring is rovided, with its both ends fixed to an insulation spool 11 and the casing 1 respectively and with its position between a nozzle 5a and 5b communicating respectively with a chamber 21 and 23.
