Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-acoustic transducer which inhibits deterioration and variations of frequency characteristics, and to provide a manufacturing method of the electro-acoustic transducer and an electro-acoustic conversion device.SOLUTION: An electro-acoustic transducer 3 has: a diaphragm 34; a housing 33 in which the diaphragm is housed; an annular elastic material 37 housed in the housing; and a pressing material 31 which presses the elastic material. The diaphragm includes: dome parts 341, 342; and an attachment part 343 disposed at outer peripheral edges of the dome parts. The housing includes a step part 311. The step part includes: a placement surface 311a on which the attachment part is placed; and a wall surface 311b extending in a direction away from the placement surface. The pressing material presses the elastic material to the attachment part. An outer periphery of the elastic material extends to the wall surface. An inner periphery of the elastic material extends to a border 344 between the dome part and the attachment part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
