Abstract:

To provide an electro-optic mixed circuit board thinner than a conventional electro-optic hybrid circuit board.

The elector-optic hybrid circuit board having an optical waveguide 7 superposed on a wiring circuit board 6 comprises a conductor pattern 2 formed on an insulating layer 1, an undercladding layer 3 formed on the conductor pattern 2, a core layer 4 formed on the undercladding layer 3, and an overcladding layer 5 formed on the core layer 4.
