Abstract:
To enable high-definition of an electro-optical device without causing a reduction in display quality.SOLUTION: There is provided an electro-optical device comprising: a level shift circuit LSG supplying a gradation voltage to a pixel circuit 110G via a data transfer line 14G; a level shift circuit LSB supplying a gradation voltage to a pixel circuit 110B via a data transfer line 14B; a signal line 140G connected to the data transfer line 14G in the level shift circuit LSG; a signal line 140B connected to the data transfer line 14B in the level shift circuit LSB; and a wiring layer S2 and a wiring layer S4. The level shift circuit LSG and the level shift circuit LSB are disposed side-by-side in a column direction. At least a part of the signal line 140G is wired on a wiring layer different from the signal line 140B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
