Abstract:
To provide an electro-photographic photoreceptor which generates less point-like image defects due to cracking.SOLUTION: The electro-photographic photoreceptor includes: a conductive base material; an underlying layer on the conductive base material; a charge generation layer on the underlying layer; a charge transfer layer on the charge generation layer, the charge transfer layer including a charge transfer material, a binding resin, and silica particles and having a surface roughness of 0.013 μm in the outer periphery; and an inorganic protective layer on the charge generation layer, the inorganic protective layer including oxygen and a 13-group element.SELECTED DRAWING: None
