Abstract:
The module system has a number of sub module axially stacked and with interconnections. The head module [12] has a connection [14] to a communication bus. Running the length of the modules are a pneumatic supply [50], an internal bus [44], electrical power supply [46] and an electrical multi core line [48]. The head unit connects with a series of electrical and pneumatic sub modules [42,50].
