To provide an electroacoustic conversion film, excellent in flexibility and acoustic property, capable of outputting a staple voice even when deformed, and capable of achieving a flexible speaker and such that can be integrated into a flexible display, and further to provide a flexible display, a vocal cord microphone, and a musical instrument sensor using the electroacoustic conversion film.
The objective is achieved by having a polymer composite piezoelectric body formed by dispersing piezoelectric particles into a viscoelastic matrix composed of a polymer material having viscoelasticity at normal temperature, a thin film electrode formed on both surfaces of the polymer composite piezoelectric body, and a protective layer formed on the surfaces of the thin film electrode.
