A casing is arranged to each side of a diaphragm 104. It supports the diaphragm 104. A driving coil 103 is provided on a vibration plate. A second magnet 102 is so constituted that a space is formed at the center. It is arranged inside the casing so that the center shaft penetrates the space. And at the same time, it is arranged to the side reverse to the first magnet regarding the diaphragm 104. Here, the first magnet 101 is arranged so that the magnetizing direction becomes the direction parallel to the center shaft. The second magnet 102 is arranged so that the magnetizing direction becomes the direction reverse to the magnetizing direction of the first magnet 101.
