Abstract:

To provide an electroconductive endless belt with which a good image is obtained at a lower cost and which has better belt properties.

The electroconductive endless belt 100 has an endless belt shape used in an image forming apparatus and a laminated structure including at least a base layer 101 and a surface layer 102 in order from the inside, wherein the base layer 101 and the surface layer 102 contain a thermoplastic resin and/or a thermoplastic elastomer as a principal component, the base layer 101 is obtained by adding carbon black to the resin component of the base layer 101, and the surface layer 102 is obtained by adding ≤10 pts.mass of an ionic conductive agent based on 100 pts.mass of the resin component of the surface layer 102. The surface layer 102 has a thickness of ≥2 μm and the ratio of the thickness of the surface layer 102 to the total thickness of the electroconductive endless belt 100 is ≤15%.
