To provide an electroconductive thermoplastic elastomer composition formable of a roller body of an electroconductive roller which is low in hardness, excellent in flexibility, easy to be recycled and free of sticking to a photoreceptor or the like, without causing poor images accompanied by bleeding of a softener, or problems due to introduction of a porous structure; an electroconductive roller equipped with the roller body excellent in the above characteristics; and an image forming apparatus equipped with the electroconductive roller.
This electroconductive elastomer composition uses a paraffinic oil P and polybutene B combinedly in a range of mass ratio P/B=3/7 to 7/3 as the softener. The electroconductive roller 1 is equipped with a roller body 2 comprising the electroconductive thermoplastic elastomer composition. The image forming apparatus is retrofitted with the electroconductive roller as a transfer roller or the like.
