Abstract:

PURPOSE:To manufacture electroconductive waterproof packings, in which no electrical disconnection occurs and by which electrical connection is ensured, are manufactured by surrounding a tubular body, which is produced by winding fabric woven from electroconductive material, with insulating electric material. CONSTITUTION:Fabric 3 woven from copper wires is cut out diagonally to meshes 2 and, after that, wound treble. The resultant woven fabric 3 is set in a frame and surrounded by elastic resin such as urethane rubber or the like cast in the frame in order to produce a tubular body 5. Ring-shaped electroconductive waterproof packings 1 with square cross-section are formed by cutting off the tubular body 1 axially at the predetermined intervals (l).
