Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode composite manufacturing method and a lithium battery, which can shorten a manufacturing time while a solid electrolyte layer is filled in even cavities in an active material mold.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode composite 10 according to the present invention comprises: a first step S1 for forming a porous active material mold 2; a second step S2 for forming a mixture including a first electrolyte 3a and a second electrolyte 3b; a third step S4 for bringing the mixture into contact with the active material mold 2, melting the mixture under a first pressure at a first temperature, and filling cavities in the active material mold 2; and a fourth step S5 for cooling the active material mold 2 filled with the melt of the mixture and compounding the active material mold 2 with the first electrolyte 3a and the second electrolyte 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3D
