Abstract:
To provide an electrode capable of sufficiently reducing contact resistance of a particle containing an active material and a collector, an electrochemical device provided with the electrode, and a manufacturing method of the electrode.
This electrode 2 is equipped with a plate-shaped collector 22 and an active material containing layer 24. The active material contained layer 24 has a plurality of particles 25 containing the active material and a binder 27 for binding the particles 25 containing the active material each other and also for binding the particles containing the active material and the collector 22, and the surface of the collector 22 is depressed in conformity with the shape of the particle 25 containing the active material.
