Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode fixing metal fitting capable of fixing an electrode with proper strength without excess and deficiency and in a right posture without tilting.SOLUTION: An electrode fixing metal fitting 11 is constituted by having: a fixing part 15 fixed to a combustion device; and an electrode pressing part 16 provided at an end part of the fixing part 15, and for pressing an insulator base part 12a. The electrode pressing part 16 includes: an inside part 17 rising from the end part of the fixing part 15; an upper surface part 19 having a hole part 18 in which an insulator part 12b is inserted, and for pressing an upper surface of the insulator base part 12a; and an outside part 20 hanging from an end part of the upper surface part 19. The upper surface part 19 has a curved shape in which the vicinity of the near center of the upper surface part 19 becomes higher than an inner angle part 21 which becomes a boundary between the inside part 17 and the upper surface part 19, and an outer angle part 22 which becomes a boundary between the outside part 20 and the upper surface part 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
