Title:
ELECTRODE FORMATION FOR PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6211281
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation of an electrode and avoid deterioration of a photoelectric conversion element by a method wherein pasty semiconductor powder material is applied and baked and subjected to a heat activation treatment to obtained the element and a flexible sheet which has a patterned electrode is applied to the element by heat contact bonding. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric conversion element 2 is stuck to a substrate 1 made of Pyrex glass, alumina or the like to form a required element. In this composition, CdSe, which is pulverized by a ball mill or the like into particles of 1.5-2.5mum diameter and mixed and dispersed with solvent to make pasty powder, is employed as the material for the element. Then this material is applied to a substrate 1 and subjected to baking and activation to form a photoelectric conversion film and an insulating resin sheet 3, which is made of resin such as polyimide and has an electrode 4 made of low melting point metal such as In or Sn, is applied to the element 2 and a hole provided in the electrode 4 is filled with acrylic resin binder 5.
