This is the electrode for the lithium secondary battery in which particles composed of active materials to store/release lithium is arranged on a current collector, and active material particles 2 are directly contacted with and adhered to the surface of the current collector 1 in a state that a bottom face part is embedded in a recessed part 1a formed on the surface of the current collector 1, and a second particle layer may be installed on a first particle layer composed of the active material particles 2 to be directly contacted with and adhered to the surface of the current collector 1.
