Abstract:

To transport an electrode base metal without touching a roughened surface part.SOLUTION: An electrode manufacturing device 200 transporting an electrode base metal 60, where a roughened surface part 62 and an electrode part 63 are placed on a front face 61a and a reverse face 61b of a conductive sheet 61 alternately in a transport direction D includes: a pair of first transportation rolls 151 for transporting the electrode base metal 60 in the transport direction D while clamping; and a pair of second transportation rolls 152 for transporting the electrode base metal 60 located in the farther downstream in the transport direction D than the first transportation roll 151, and transporting the electrode base metal 60 in the transport direction D while clamping. The first transportation roll 151 is in contact with the electrode part 63 when the second transportation roll 152 faces the roughened surface part 62 without contacting it, and the second transportation roll 152 is in contact with the electrode part 63 when the first transportation roll 151 faces the roughened surface part 62 without contacting it. Consequently, the first transportation roll 151 and the second transportation roll 152 transport the electrode base metal 60 without contacting the roughened surface part 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
