Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode plate which can manufacture an electrode plate having an electrode layer in a width direction dimension which is stable regardless of electrode paste or lot of a current collector foil while keeping basis weight of the electrode layer to a prescribed amount.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode plate 1 is provided with coating processes S1, S3 and drying processes S2, S4. The coating processes S1, S3 control transportation speed V so that a decreased amount ΔW becomes a predetermined prescribed value ΔWa or smaller in accordance with inputted surface tension γi and an inputted contact angle θi on the basis of a relational expression of a transportation time T, surface tension γ of an electrode paste DP, a contact angle θ of the electrode paste DP in contact with the current collector foil 3, and a decreased amount ΔW of a width direction dimension W of coating films 5x, 6x, and control a discharge quantity Q so that the basis weight M of the coating films 5x, 6x keep a predetermined prescribed amount Ma.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
