In the electrode structure 20 including a conductive layer 30 provided on a ceramic substrate 12, and an electrode 40 fixed to the conductive layer 30, the conductive layer 30 is at least partially porous and has minute recessions and protrusions on a surface making contact with the electrode 40, and the electrode 40 has anchors 46 set in the recessions 31 of the recessions and protrusions on the conductive layer 30.
