Abstract:
To provide a plasma display panel that can suppress the generation of migration as much as possible and is high in reliability.
By installing transparent conductive film layers 11 having a pattern wider than that of metal electrodes 2 beneath silver electrodes or copper electrodes to be used as the metal electrode 2 for connecting a plasma display panel, electric field intensity in the vicinity of the metal electrodes can be extremely reduced. Thereby prevented is the generation of migration that occurs when an electrode material is melted and comes out from a positive side electrode in the form of metal ions and deposits on a negative side electrode and hence lowers the insulation resistance between adjacent electrodes.
