PURPOSE: To improve airtightness of inner hydrogen gas without sacrificing a spring characteristic by forming an anti-hydrogen permeation film, adding an organic polymeric compound to an electrolyte for electrodeposition, either on the inner or outer surface of a bellows by which a container and a contact terminal are sealed.
CONSTITUTION: After a nickel film 231 is electrodeposited on the surface of a pattern 230 of aluminum material, a copper film 232, and a nickel film 233 are successively electrodeposited thereon. Then, saccharides that do not affect intensity of an electrodeposition film and an organic polymeric compound such as a resin being mixed in an electrolyte, an anti-hydrogen permeation film 234 is formed on the nickel film 233 by electrodeposition in an electrolyte, and the pattern 230 is dissolved in a NaOH solution and so on, to obtain an electrodeposition bellows 23. This bellows is used for airtight junction of a hydrogen gas sealing container with a contact terminal, and so on. The leakage of a sealed hydrogen gas is thus prevented without sacrificing a spring characteristic of a bellows.
