Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a coated product much more in accordance with the direction of nozzles without precipitating solid matters on discharge pipings on the upper part in an electrodeposition cell for electrodeposition coating.
SOLUTION: The discharge pipings 6, in which discharge ports for discharging an electrodeposition coating material in the slanting lower direction toward the upstream side are formed in the plural number in the direction intersecting the transporting direction, are arranged in the plural number in the transporting direction at least at the bottom part so as to generate a liq. flow directing a downstream in the transporting direction of an automobile body 3 on the upper part of the electrodeposition cell 1. The discharge pipings 10, in which the nozzles 11 facing the vertically downward direction for discharging the electrodeposition coating toward the automobile body 3 protrude in the plural number in the direction intersecting the transporting direction, are arranged in the plural number in the transporting direction on the upper part of the electrodeposition cell 1.
