Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the specific resistance and improve tan δ characteristic, etc., and raise the life by dissolving dicarboxylic acid shown by a specified formula and its salt.
SOLUTION: For a polyhydric alcohol, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol, glycerine, or the like is used to serve as a solvent. For this solvent, dicarboxylic acid shown by the formula (R1 and R2 are aliphatic hydrocarbon groups, and n1, n2, and m are integers), or its salt is dissolved. What is more, for the amount of dissolved dicarboxylic acid or its salt shown by the formula, the long range of about 1-30wt.% is preferable. For the amount of molecules of the dicarboxylic acid shown by the formula, the range of n1=1-12 and n2=1-6 or thereabouts is preferable. Hereby, the specific resistance is low, and the tan δ property, etc., of the electrolytic capacitor can be improved, and the life can be raised.
