Title:
ELECTROLYTE FILM FOR FUEL CELL, CATALYST COMPOSITE, AND FUEL CELL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3896105
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte film for a fuel cell having a low fuel permeation property and high proton conductivity, and a fuel cell using the same.
SOLUTION: A polymeric film composed of repeating units having proton conductive heterocyclic five-membered compounds is used as the electrolyte film of the fuel cell. By the above, the movement of fuel and water during the movement of proton in the electrolyte film is eliminated, and the polymeric film with high proton conductivity is obtained.
